a class to loosen up and unwind the spine. Fluid movements will open you up in all directions. A combination of strength and softening to balance your nervous system, clear your mind and leave you feeling relaxed & radiant. This is your mid day get-away to reconnect your body and brain, refresh your energy and breathe space into your cells. 

We play with:

2 hours of theory, play, practice and exploration.
A mixture of yoga, dance and movement techniques to support not only your regular body practices but also day to day movement and physical awareness.
