A combination of strength and softening to balance your nervous system, clear your mind and leave you feeling relaxed & radiant. This is your mid day get-away to reconnect your body and brain, refresh your energy and breathe space into your cells.

A mixture of yoga, dance and movement techniques to support not only your regular body practices but also day to day movement and physical awareness.
