a 2.5-hour immersion to build a loving relationship with the bony structure inside of you. This is an intense conversation with the oldest and most dense part of you, which defines every step, emotion and even the quality of thoughts you are having. Just like the saying „a healthy spine equals a healthy mind“, this workshop will make you more intelligent and interconnected.
We will loosen up and unwind the spine. Play with fluid movements, techniques for strength and softening and practices to balance the nervous system, to be able to release old patterns and tension. This is your one-day get-away to reconnect your body and brain, explore and play, refresh your energy and breathe space into your cells. An overall support for all movement practices as and your day-to-day health & body awareness.
